If your horse is rocked back on its heels, reluctant to move, with heat and a bounding pulse in the hoof — you know how frightening laminitis can be. You may have an option you didn't know about.
About This Research Evaluation
PTP-102 is an investigational veterinary product. It is not approved by the FDA or any regulatory authority. It is being studied under a formal research protocol, administered by a licensed veterinarian, with full owner informed consent. Participation is voluntary and your regular vet remains your horse's primary care provider.

Your Horse May Be Relevant If:
May be relevant
- It is showing signs of an acute laminitis episode
- You are in the Cleveland / North-East Ohio area
- You are willing to work with the study veterinarian and provide informed consent
Likely not relevant
- Chronic / long-standing laminitis (not an active episode)
- Outside the Cleveland / North-East Ohio area
